Henderson County Housing Authority provides Apartments for Rent in Oquawka, Stronghurst, Biggsville, Lomax & Gladstone, IL for LOW INCOME, DISABLED & SENIORS OVER 62.
We also have 2 unsubsidized units at our Leman Dennison property in Oquawka, that allow for higher income, Disabled & Seniors over 62.
Housing With Heart
Applicants receive assistance based on 30% of their adjusted gross income. All utilities are paid and apartments are maintenance free. No more worries about how to pay the high utility costs, real estate taxes or how to pay for a major maintenance issue. We take care of that for you. The only cost to you is your portion of the rent, cable or satellite television & telephone (if desired). The environments are clean, safe and secure. We look out for our tenants and treat them like family.
